To ensure a safe, professional, and productive environment for all exhibitors and attendees, please adhere to the following guidelines during the exhibition.
All attendees and exhibitors must have their official exhibition ID badge verified at the entry gates. Badges should be worn visibly at all times within the venue. Lost badges should be reported to the registration desk immediately.
We are committed to providing a professional and harassment-free experience for everyone. Respectful behavior is expected from all participants. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or failure to comply with staff instructions will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue.
Taking photos or videos of specific exhibitor booths, products, or demonstrations without the explicit permission of the exhibitor is strictly prohibited. General event photography in public aisles is permitted for personal use.
Please follow all venue safety regulations, capacity limits, and emergency procedures. Do not block aisles or emergency exits. In case of a medical or safety emergency, contact the nearest staff member or security personnel immediately.
Unauthorized solicitation, "suitcasing," or the distribution of promotional materials by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited within the exhibition halls. Any such activity should be reported to event management.
